CNC Turning: Our turning capabilities allow us to accurately machine raw material up to a 16 inch diameter and 4 foot length, although most parts are much smaller and demand very tight tolerances.
CNC Milling: We can mill most types of material, anything from a small medical device to a 30 inch wide casting. Single prototype parts and assemblies to quantities in the thousands can be achieved
Toolroom:Our toolroom is used to make our own fixtures and prototype through the use of CNC and manual machinery.
Miscellaneous: Broaching keyways and splines, tumbling, abrasive blasting and even welding are all performed in house. State of the art inspection equipment is used to assure that finished parts leave within specifications and meet or exceed expected quality.
